Welcome is the page after you finish signup. The heading is Welcome to Onward. You can open it again anytime: avatar menu → Welcome. On mobile, More → Welcome.
It is a checklist, not a second onboarding. The boxes fill in when you have actually done the thing. You don't tick them yourself.
If you have been on Onward for a while, the page says so: it is still here so you can see if you missed anything. The checklist heading then reads Worth a quick look. For a new account it reads A few steps to get you started.
The four steps

Create Project opens the project form on this page. The other buttons take you to Plan My Day, scroll to Guide on the right, or start the morning routine.
The intro says the same thing as How Onward works: task management next to the features that protect your capacity. If you get stuck, the ? in the top right opens support.

Common questions
Do I have to finish Welcome before I can use Onward?
No. My Tasks, Plan My Day, and the rest of the app are available. Welcome is the short path, not a gate.
Why is a step still unchecked?
The box follows the action. A project that is only the onboarding tour does not count. A plan counts after you commit it with at least one task. Guide counts when its suggestions open, or when you ask it something. The morning routine counts after you complete one.
