We want you to feel confident trying Onward. Every new subscription includes a 14-day free trial. If you are not satisfied after you become a paying customer, email [email protected] within 30 days of your first charge for a full refund. After that window, we review refund requests case by case.
Onward combines work management (projects, tasks, lists, boards, calendar, notes) with money-and-client context and built-in wellness—mood, routines, check-ins, and guidance—so you can run your work without sacrificing health. The interface can adapt to your capacity (Rest, Ready, and Flow) so the same work feels lighter on hard days.
Wellness is not a separate app you forget to open. It lives next to your tasks and schedule: quick mood and reflection, morning and shutdown rituals, snapshots over time, and AI guidance (Ollie) that respects bandwidth. The goal is sustainable output—fewer crash weeks—not generic mindfulness content bolted onto a task list.
Rest, Ready, and Flow are capacity modes. They change how dense the product feels—fewer surfaces and softer defaults when you are low on energy, more context when you want the full picture—without changing your underlying data. It is the same work, calmer screens when you need them.
You work inside a workspace (often tied to your organization or solo practice). Owners and members can collaborate on projects and tasks, assign work, and see high-level load where the product supports it. Roles and limits are managed in-app; if you need a hand, contact [email protected].
We take security seriously. Traffic uses HTTPS (encryption in transit). Data is stored with reputable cloud providers and protected with industry-standard practices including encryption at rest for sensitive systems. If you have a security question or report, contact us and we will route it to the right person.
Yes. Your data is yours. Email [email protected] and we will help you export what you need. After account closure we may retain data for a limited period for recovery and legal obligations; specifics are described in our privacy policy.
